- Communication with line managers about staffing needs.
- Development of various channels for recruiting candidates.
- Creating and publishing job postings.
- Pre - selection of candidates.
- Communication, organizing and conducting interviews with candidates.
- Active communication with universities regarding the presentation of career opportunities to medical students.
- Preparation of reports on the implementation of various personnel selection projects.
- Coordination of the appointment process and initial introduction of the approved candidates with colleagues from the respective units.
- University education, preferably in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development or Psychology.
- Previous experience in recruitment.
- Very good skills for working with office applications.
- Very good level of English.
- Flexibility, communicativeness and orientation towards achieving results.
