Junior Legal Advisor
Established in 2016, the Group is an association of the leaders in hospital health in the country - Tokuda Hospital and City Clinic - with the majority participation of one of Turkey's largest health holdings - Acibadem. The structure comprises 2 hospitals in Sofia, one of which has two hospital bases, two diagnostic-consultative centers, and one medical center in Varna.
Acibadem City Clinic University Hospital Cardiovascular Center and Acibadem City Clinic University Hospital Mladost are the only medical facilities in Bulgaria accredited under the international standard for quality and safety in healthcare - Joint Commission International (JCI).

We are seeking for Junior Legal Advisor in Contract Management Department.
The junior legal advisor is expected to possess high organizational and time management skills, always to contribute to smooth and friendly working environment.
Responsibilities:
• Provides legal advice and support in the drafting, review and negotiation of commercial agreements, other non-standard contracts and intra-company group agreements;
• Working closely with teams to determine appropriate terms and conditions of contracts;
• Acting as point of contact on small to mid-size projects and supporting senior team members on medium to large projects;
• Overseeing the contracting process, ensuring timely execution of contracts.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• University Degree (MML in Law)
• Certificate for legal capacity with 1 year of legal experience
• Fluent English - written and spoken
• Minimum of 1 year direct experience in contracts in a multicultural environment
• Excellent PC skills, including MS Office
• Excellent knowledge in Commercial law and Company law and basic knowledge in Medical law
• Attention to details
• Hands-on attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Methodical, detailed approach to all tasks
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
