Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze hospital operations and resources to develop strategies for increasing sales volume;
- Monitor and analyze patient needs and market conditions to identify growth opportunities;
- Prepare proposals to the Manager for new services tailored to patient needs;
- Actively seek and develop new business opportunities to expand hospital services;
- Provide strategic suggestions to the Manager for different categories of patients;
- Lead the development of programs and projects related to the business development of the hospital facility;
- Assist and support the daily work of the Manager to ensure smooth operations;
- Perform other specifically assigned tasks related to the position;
- Uphold high standards of quality in all work performed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets and reaching milestones;
- Knowledge of hospital operations and healthcare industry regulations.
