Contract Specialist
Acibadem City Clinic owns three hospitals with over 750 beds and four medical centers, employing over 2,500 people, 700 of whom are doctors, leading experts in their fields. The group offers unique for Bulgaria technology and medical services. In the healthcare, the group has the only two hospitals in Bulgaria accredited by the Joint Commission International (JCI) for the highest standards of quality and safety.
The mission of the hospital's group is integrating a full continuum of medical care - from screening diagnostics, hospitalization, and treatment of chronic diseases in absolutely all aspects such as training, research, and development.
We are seeking for Contract Specialist.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
· Reviews and comments on contract terms and conditions and annexes to the contract/frame agreement with all counterparties;
· Verifies and aligns all the contracts according to the Legal requirements and the internal requirements;
· Identifies the contract baseline (including terms and conditions and other documents incorporated in the contract) and highlights areas of potential risk;
· Supports the stakeholder with consulting, advising during negotiation process with suppliers and customers;
· Gives guidance on general contractual issues, clarifying queries ;
· Documents and communicates to all appropriate parties any deficiencies found as part of the closeout process;
· Analyzes prime contract terms to highlight areas of potential opportunity and risk, such as ambiguities, omissions and conflicts, as work proceeds.
· Collaborates with the local management through proposals and initiatives for improvement;
· Ad Hoc activities related to the role.
Your background:
· A Bachelor’s degree in Law;
· Experience in contracts administration is an advantage;
· Excellent command of both written and spoken English;
· Microsoft Office Package proficient user;
· Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy;
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
